I’ve been having health related anxiety for a couple of months now. Physically, there was and is nothing diagnostically wrong with me. But my obsessive thoughts never stop. Eventually I started getting anxiety attacks. Pure moments of chaos over something that does not exist. I really worked on myself, did a lot of online reading, quit social media, talked to friends/family, tried so many things to curb the anxiety. Nothing definitively helped. Apart from anxiety, I was now riddled with guilt, hopelessness, anger and sadness too. So I decided to give therapy a try.

I booked my consultation with Dr Seema. And I’m glad that I did. Because, it really gave me the perspective that I was missing and why my “coping strategies” weren’t working.

It is really important to reach out to mental health experts. No matter how much we think we know about our issues. Half the times we aren’t even looking in the right place for answers.

Dr Seema is very kind, helpful, and. gets to the root of the problem. She explains things in a way that is so logical to understand. She made me ask myself the right questions. She never judged how I felt, (although I’ve always judged myself). She listened to everything that I was trying to say. She patiently explained what I was feeling in a very detailed manner. And also gave me a starting point to work on. I have had one session with her so far.

I definitely felt anxiety creeping up to me many times even after the session. Dr Seema had told me that it could happen. But now, every time I was able to calm myself down. It never turned into an attack. Her tips have worked immensely and she equipped me to deal with my problems. I definitely recommend her .

Im looking forward to the next session with her. Lot of work yet to be done. But I’m convinced

And my honest advice to anyone confused about taking therapy - Please go for it. An expert’s perspective on our problems is unbiased. They’re able to look at things that sometimes we cannot . And they definitely have the expertise to help us get through it. Sometimes, no amount of mental health awareness, self help, coping strategies , talking to friends and family can work . So reach out, and let guide and enable you to help yourself .

This was my first session ever and it went really well. Dr. Seema was kind enough not to keep a tab of time and I hadn't realized that an hour had passed. I could explain my concerns and she was patient enough to listen and say her thoughts. She did not want to label anything in the first session and tried to understand different aspects of my concerns which I thought was good. I would recommend Dr. Seema based on my first interaction. I will be having further sessions with her and hoping it would be helpful.

Dr. Seema was kind and non judgemental about the issue I brought up. I am seeking support and guidance regarding a particular incident in my life that has changed my worldview and my self image. She was understanding and I resonated with a lot of the things that she had to say. I have started implementing the possible solutions that she came up with and I'm planning on having a follow up session with her soon.

I liked the session with her. She is so delightful and agreeable. She gave me all the impossible reasons behind my impulsive nature and triggered what actually affects me the most. I am happy to have this session with her and looking forward to have some more.

I was chosen for Dr. Seema Agarwal by Practo for online counseling. She was quick and really approachable. I didn't know online counseling can be this smooth and patient friendly. She was patient enough with me to understand my concerns and further suggested me things to do in order to overcome my anxiety and stress.

This was my first time when I consulted a docter about my issue and I feel so happy to say that I didn't went at wrong place she was too good in understanding my issue or say she was reading the exact thoughts that were coming into my mind thank docter for your help

I have been meeting with the doctor through online consultations for past 1.5 year. Whenever i feel surrounded with questions doubts and extreme emotions i reach out to her for help and she explains me the problems in an unbiased manner and advices me how to change my approach. Its been really helpful , She listens to my issues patiently and gives time to clear all my doubts and queries.

I got benefit just by doing a single session with her only .She just did not counsel me ,gave me advice after listening to my case history but she gave me advices regarding spiritual, overall healing as well .Since I believe in spirituality, right after the session I felt as light as a feather .

The doctor is very sweet and kind. She listened carefully to everything I wanted to share. She suggested remedies and explained everything in a very friendly way, which made me feel comfortable enough to open up completely. She also recommended some physical exercises to follow.
