talking to this doctor added zero value in my life especially for the consultation fee. he refused to share exact name of the condition I might have, refused to share invoice of the consultation fee I paid him via UPI and also refused to talk again. we had a consultation of 2 minutes or less and he was not interested in talking about the problem itself.

he straight up blocks on every channel I tried to connect with him to understand the problem better and get my receipt.

Not a good experience, won’t recommend -

1. Different fee for walk in (₹500) and Practo patients (₹600). Better to walk in than to book through Practo.

2. Wrongly mentioned that the clinic is in Koramangala

3. He didn’t seem interested in the previous medication neither did he provide an explanation of his own medication

********* ** ** ******** *********** ****** ****** ***** ******* *** ******* ** ********** *** ******* *** ***** ***** *** ******* **** ***** ********* He is super quick, in a second saw both my ears and in the next second i had my prescription in hand.. ** ******* ***** ******** *** i doubt i will return back to him. I took my kids for wax cleaning however he charged 500 for consultation, not sure why i have to pay this if i took for the purpose of wax cleaning and again another 600 for wax cleaning 2 days later after putting soliwax drops.. To me it is not justifiable.

Dear patient if you had any questions or queries regarding your problem I would more than happy to clarify but don’t judge doctors capability on the basis of time spent with patient. Regarding my charges it is well mentioned in practo and in my clinic that consultation fee isRs 500 and if I do any procedure that will be charged separately. If your problem is persisting you should come for follow up. For Ear drum perforforation of long duration surgery is required, medication is to control infection.

In vide consultation definite diagnosis is not possible as patient is not being examined and investigated. Provisional diagnosis is said on the basis of history. As you asked whether throat infection is bacterial or viral, it’s impossible for any doctor to say based on history. Video consultation is to give you some relief from suffering but if someone want to discuss and know detail of problem one should visit doctor physically and get examined and investigated. Thank you.
