I have taken appointment with Dr. Sanjay Sir for my wife's dental problem.

When visited, I was told that he only visit for serious problems.

They made us wait for more than 45 mins as Dr. Chandani Ma'am was busy with other patients, that's ok.

After 45 mins, she started the inspection of dental problem, x-ray was done for tooth which was having some dental problem.

After x-ray she started the discussion that one tooth is infected till root. That need RCT as just filling will not work. For complete treatment she told total charges will be Rs.12000/-

She given us lot of reasons to justify the total charges. Finally I decided to consult at-least one more doctor for this as RCT is nothing but to make tooth dead forever. So we denied and she told to think and decide.

Then she asked to fill all 5 teeth which had nominal cavity. We again denied and told to just do the cleaning.

And finally for consultation and cleaning I paid Rs. 1500/-

When i asked to provide that x-ray of 8cm x 8cm, she said to send via mail.

First time I heard such thing "x-ray via mail". And off course did not get any x-ray via mail till date.

I consulted another doctor (expr more than 30 years), he checked and said I am feeling angry with that doctor who said your teeth need RCT and where filling needed for 5 teeth?

He filled that prospective RCT tooth properly and now its all fine.

I will not recommend any one to visit Dr. Chandani for dental problems.

I had a root canal requirement for my upper last molar. it was difficult operation considering that i have problems opening my mouth wide enough. Both Dr chandni and her husband meticulously treated me over several sittings and fixed my tooth issue. There was also another molar (wisdom tooth) that was colliding with my other molar which they carefully extracted without hampering the molar that underwent RCT.

Both me and my wife have consulted the doctor on several other occasions and have had no complaints
