I had sensitivity in the 3rd molar and consulted Dr. Pavan. He examined carefully, took X-Ray and suggested to go for RC for this tooth. I was getting sensitivity in the lower tooth as well. He explained to me that the pain radiates at times and that the tooth doesn’t need any treatment. I found his suggestion very honest. I found Dr. Pavan and his team very professional in their approach. They have a very systematic process in place and everyone there, including the staff assisting the doctors, follow the process very meticulously. It is very assuring and comforting for a patient when the clinic makes it a point to explain the procedure, treatment, post care, medication, etc in detail and follows up over call to know well being of the patient after the treatment. They did not rush through the process but gave good time to do the RC. Post RC also I was explained the further process and options available for capping the tooth. I was given the best possible solution for me and was not suggested to go for the costliest one just for the sake of it. I found his approach very pragmatic. I am very much satisfied with the treatment and the best solution I got. Thanks to Dr. Pavan and his team.

I had severe headache due to filling which was not done properly in other clinic. I asked the doctor to change the filling which was not done. I am suffering from 1 week from severe headache and toothpain. These people asked me get a xray & blood test done for my swollen & Gums problem & never reverted back to me.

Said they will have a checkup done with Periodontist & never called me back

When I call , I get an answer saying my Gums are not serious problem, so it'll be ok with applying some gel. Dr Pavan T P explained about the root canal procedure so well, the fear I had about this RCT just vanished away. First and foremost the Clinic is so neat and tidy you feel a neat ambiance. The staff members of Credence of RR Nagar are so cordial in treating their customers. They are so well organised, co-operative, each stage followups and have such wonderful protocols in assisting customers to feel confident about their procedures. Dr. Pavan has enormous patience to listen to your problem and explain regarding treatment. Very good follow up and excellent treatment. Uses the best material and gives complete detail about procurement cost effectiveness and life of the product. Ever smiling, which makes the patient forget the pain.

Dr. Pavan gives the first hand information of the treatment and prepares the patient mentally to face the procedure, however painful it is.

Staff is also very curteous.

Consultation charges are less when compared to other clinics. As a whole i never felt like patient in that friendly atmosphere. Never hesitated to visit the clinic. Very prompt in answering our phone calls and messages.

It was really a wonderful experience as it's my first visit and found to be very friendly and secure. I was really worried as how it would go about but found to be at ease.. This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. Dr PAVAN TP was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority.

The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. Everything was on time and it was an extremely professionally run office.

I Visited Dr Pavan for my mother’s tooth issue.

Dr explained all the possible options upfront and we decided to get all the teeth extracted and get dentures. The procedure took more than 2 months and throughout the process, I felt I had made the right choice by consulting him

Dr Pavan is very friendly, * ****** ******* ************* takes his time to explain the options and procedures, open to listen to patients and lets them take a decision without any marketing or intention to charge more. Also, all his staff are very professional, humble and charming. They are very good with the follow ups and flexible with appointments. Dr Pavan is one of the best Dentists. I visited Credence Dental to get a second opinion on whether I have to get braces before I change my cap on the front teeth. I had a receeding gums problem because the lower tooth was in constant touch with upper cap.

However, Doctor Pavan made me understand that there is a possibility of replacing the cap and make it not touch the lower tooth. And so, braces are not required.

So I went ahead with my treatment and got the caps replaced which matched almost 99% to my teeth colour and a thin one. I earlier had a bulky cap which protruded at the front. The entire process was very smooth and without any pain.

Also, they made multiple calls to check if everything is good during and after the treatment.
