Had a wonderful experience with the Doctor.She was really friendly and wasn't just filling in an appointment slot. Even before asking about the actual problem, she ensued that she knows about all other details about the child such as past problems, diet etc. Coming to the actual problem, she never was in a hurry to listen and prescribe. She listened to the problem and subsequent questions very patiently and answered all of them in detail. Whether the treatment works or not is secondary but the intent and content of the doctor matters and thats where she has been a wonderful person. In my experience with most doctors at Bangalore, they expect us to book another appointment in order to ask follow up questions. But Dr Tejaswini never had any such expectations. In fact when I booked another appointment after 4 days, she asked me why did I book another appointment. This was very kind and ethical of her and builds a trust that she will not prescribe any unnecessary treatments or tests etc.Coming to the actual treatment, Dr was really thorough and told me all stages of treatment. She didn't prescribe all tests etc for the first day itself and asked us to wait before getting tests and subsequent medications.Glad to have found her for my child.Thank you!

I have had very unprofessional experience with Dr.Tejaswini. She doesn’t respect patient’s time and money both.

I had booked a video consultation on June 13th at 7.15pm. I was asked to wait until 8pm as she was busy. I waited but didn’t receive any call nor my calls were answered. Later at night ,over the message she confirmed she would connect the next day.

Even the next my calls were not answered and after multiple reminder I was again asked to wait until 8pm.

I waited again , even after then my calls were not answered.

First of all we book appointments respecting your schedule, we expect you to respect patients time and money both. It’s a prepaid appointment and we as a patient don’t deserve to do multiple follow ups and reminders to you , specially for the appointment that you have postponed for your personal reasons.

Really an unpleasant experience over this platform!

I am really happy with the treatment. Doctor will explain the issue very clearly and patiently repeats if we asked twice. Unnecessarily she will not go for antibiotics and all. I went for my baby (6 months old) who has very bad motions (diarrhoea), doctor has suggested diet plan to my baby and gave very mild medication and not rushed for antibiotics. Overall satisfied with the treatment and doctor. If you are looking for best Pediatrician for your baby, without doubt you can visit Dr. Tejaswini mam.

Very good experience... Doctor has taken all the previous health information first about the patient, then she learnt about the resent health problem then instructed the medication.. there was no hurry from her side, we shared all the concern questions what we had in our mind..we have started prescribed medication for my doughter.. she is feeling better now.
