She was extremely unprofessional. Had an extremely terrible experience. I walked out crying *** ******* ********* As far as I’m aware, counsellors are supposed to help you understand your problems and help figure out ways to improve mental health. She accused me of over reacting and said my past trauma is all my fault and that I need to “get over myself”. Instead of helping me figure out my problems she was blaming me for the decisions I make. *** ** ******* *** ***** *********** **** ****** **** * **** **** **** *** **** ** *** I would definitely not recommend her.

I am sorry I don't know who this is. I am the last person to judge anyone about their past. I really don't know where the miscommunication was. Please note that I am known for listening to patients more than any other doctors and that's why people revisit me. Anyway we can always sit and sort out the issue. Kindly call back and meet me.

She seemed friendly in the beginning. Listened to me patiently. After she told me the cost of treatment I was a bit skeptical and she told me that if I don't take it I would get worse.**** ***** ** *** **** * ******* *** ** ****** ***** ***** **** ****** ********** *** ** *** ***** **** *** ********** There is a way to communicate things to the patient.

Doctor was not interested in understanding the problem. Just wanted to onboard me for 10 sessions with therapist *** *** ******

Dr. Shamala replied

First of all you were with a wrong impression that the consultation duration was for one hour which is not so and it is clearly mentioned as 30 min online before booking itself. And regarding sessions if any mental issue could have been resolved in one session the world would have been a better place to live. Any psychological issue requires few sessions of interaction only then things will get resolved. Request you to undergo counselling without fail with anyone you are comfortable with as you badly require it. Best Wishes to you. .. Look forward to see you happy in life
