I recently had a chiropractic consultation with Dr. Pratap, and I wanted to share my feedback. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Dr. Pratap was highly professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire consultation.

First and foremost, Dr. Pratap took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and medical history. Back in 2001, post 1st wave of pandemic, I was not able to walk even for 10 metres due to radiating pain in my right leg. I went to well known private hospital chain in Bengaluru. I was asked to MRI and multiple angles of X-Ray. I was diagnosed with scoliosis as well as vertebrae fusion. I was suggested for spinal operation by the same hospital but the doctor at St John’s suggested for physiotherapy and if not epidural, he cautioned me to think twice before going for surgery. The same was suggested by a Neuro at Hosmat.

After a lot research on the internet about alternative ways to address the pain due to scoliosis, apart for invasive, I found about Chiropractic sessions.

Then I came to know about Atlas Chiropractor. Went for enquiry and they assured me that the issue can addressed by the sessions as well as diet and exercises.

Since then I have been taking regular sessions from Dr. Prathap and it has helped me a lot. I also do dry needling at their clinic and Dr. Ayam is phenomenal. They understand the root cause and try to address it in a most effective and efficient way.

I also do yoga every morning for strengthening my core as suggested by them.

You can consult them for a second opinion and check if it can be addressed as an alternative to surgery.

It's very very expensive. The team can focus on reducing their cost. They try sell their 12 session package initially I was informed that there will be 2-3 session after second visit they asked to buy 12 session package. As the recommendation came from doctor for 12 no. whereas it was 2-3 session initially.

I visited Dr Prathap for the 3rd time and by that time I had given the review. Based on the review, he started fighting over it. He said you shouldn't have come here. I had very bad heel and feet pain for over a year now and also a lot of pain on the entire back, lower back and neck area. After 3 sessions i can say that my pain and discomforts have reduced by 80% almost and I can feel so much relief. I have more sessions to go, but every session i can feel that my issues are getting sorted out step by step. It does feel a little expensive when you first go but it's totally WORTH IT, for the value you get and the comfort and relief you feel post each session! I believe in taking care of the body and living pain free and stress free and Atlas has really helped me do that. Mr.Pratap is amazing, very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. The Physiotherapy and Needling sessions were great too. Needling gave me a lot of relief for my feet issue. I would highly recommend one to visit 'Atlas' as they give great results and focus on what one really needs to feel better.

Dr Prathap is an amazing and warm hearted doctor, he understands what the patient is going through, he exlains the issues and treats them accordingly, I was neing treated from the pasted 27 years for the same in Munbai , steroids ,tablets painkillers etc, the pain was still there, but when I came to Bangalore I found out about Dr Prathap, I visited him in 2020, I was relieved of my pain , the physio Dr Aiyem( sorry about the spelling)is awesome, and very dedicated. The whole team works towards ur well being but u hve to follow their instructions on exercises and dos and don't s.

I still visit their Atlas clinic in HSR , whenever I'm in pain. latest being this year in Sept going home happy and pain free

Trust me no painkillers , no surgery no injections , I'm free of all the pain I had.

Our first visit to Atlas Chiropractic and Wellness clinic was absolutely satisfactory. Dr. Pratap explained every aspect of my wife's spine in great detail. He also encouraged to ask questions and made sure we understood well the condition and the prospects of recovery. She had a herniated and slipped disk in the C6-7 area and degeneration in the entire cervical area. We felt the treatment plan he had for my wife was realistic... in the sense, he explained what to expect in 3 weeks, 6 weeks, etc. and how to pull back if the results are not satisfactory. I have been to ATLAS only three times so far. I have experienced excellent results in that short time.

No amount of physio therapy and medication was able to help my lower back pain and other minor issues accompanying it.

Dr. Prathap listens carefully and is fast and accurate in making a diagnosis. HIs communication on how much we would like to know about our treatment , and how he is going to go about it are to the point.

I have recommended ATLAS to friends and family and would do it again.

Consulted Dr. Nomita for Diet plan. She listened to my queries and explained various aspect of Diet and her suggestion of diet plan was practical and customized per my health goals. Liked the way she said that one does not have to sacrifice cravings and food one loves in the name of dieting. She listened to my queries and explained logically. Her diet plan is practical and achievable. Waiting to see the result in the next 2-3 months. Thank you Dr. Nomita and Atlas team for proving the best doctors and facility.

Dr. Prathap is a very professional and friendly person. I was a bit skeptical at first as there are mixed opinions about chiropractic treatment. But after trying it for myself, I am happy to say that I am able to operate normally without any medication for almost a year now after struggling with pain for more than 2 years.
