Dr Gautam was referred to me by my cousin for my hernia pain. The very first interaction with Dr Gautam made me feel very comfortable though it was over the phone. Reason being, Dr Gautam. is very friendly and never made me feel like his patient. He asked in detail on what my concern was ( though it was over the phone, and though it was the first interaction).

I did speak to few other doctors before consulting Dr Gautam, and I must say, Gautam was the best. He was not too focused in getting the patient to the clinic to get all details about the patient. He instead chose what is more

convenient to the patient for the first consultation. During these Covid tough times, many of us do prefer online video consultation which Dr Gautam did without any hesitation.

After few weeks, I did meet Dr Gautam in person. He heard me out completely though there were some questions that I was repeating in loop.

He detailed me out the reason for all the symptoms am going through and suggested a surgery. But he never compelled me for the surgery. He even told that the surgery is not required immediately and can wait.

However, I decided to go ahead with the surgery as I could not bare the pain.

Dr Gautam conducted the surgery. I was in pain post surgery ( which is obvious in any surgery). However, Dr Gautam took personal and very good care of me, though he never knew me personally. He was always there to address my pain points post surgery at the hospital and at home. No matter how late it was, he was just a phone call away and that's the best part about Dr Gautam.

I personally feel Dr Gautam goes out of his way to take care of his patients. And I would recommend him any day. Thank you Dr Gautham for the care and patience you showed.

I had approached Doctor Sampat during covid lockdown for stress and sleep problems. He's a very friendly doctor and you can share all your worries and problems with him openly and he helps you with all your concerns. Also I loved the fact he likes to prescribe medicines only for assisting you to get better and advises you to take it only on SOS basis (sleep medicines in my case).

I recommend Dr. Sampath *** ******** *** *** **** ****** to treat stress and related heath issues. He is very friendly and always available. He does not rush through an appointment. He has a way with words which puts one at ease.He is truly concerned about his patient and makes it a point to call and find out if everything is OK. I don't think we come across doctor's like him these days, who are very concerned about the well-being of their patients.

I consulted with doctor thru video call.i cosulted them for my husband.they explained me everything about his disease very properly.i was very scared tensed and stressed but after talking with them I felt very calm.they gave me very positive response.they understood me as a younger sister and gave a lot of internal strength to fight this situation.thanx a lot sir...

I am very happy with the doctor as she is so friendly and understand problem quickly and give us the best solution.

We get to know our problems quickly and easily.

Dr Sampath is a good listener. He is methodical in his approach and in addition to psychiatry, applies common sense in his advise, which helps. He is also approachable unlike other doctors in this space.

Overall a good person to have on your team.

Goutham sir has been a great support at all times. He had lot of patience to answer all my queries. Gave me enough time to understand the pros and cons of getting the surgery done. Explained clearly all the possible complications that can come due to the surgery and also assured to avoid them. Tried his maximum to avoid the surgery with various medications. But when the surgery was the only option to save my life he posted me for the same and made sure I lead a better life. For me it was a very hard decision to make to go under knife to resect my pancreas but this decision was made only with the trust that I had on Goutham sir. The most important thing a patient needs is to feel comfortable, have trust and confidence in their doctor and above all the belief that they are here to do only that is good for them. As stated above the belief on Goutham sir made me go ahead with the surgery. Trust me if Goutham sir is your surgeon then any troubles you face he is there to take care worry not!!!. Sir is always a text or phone call away if you need him even if it's late in d night.

She is one of the most wonderful women and doctors I have met in a long time. A very very smart and kind person who takes times to get into your story and exchange knowledge without judgment or strangeness. *** ** * **** **** **** ****** *** you are so lucky if you met her and put your medical journey in her very capable hands.

Explaining and answering all questions asked about the reports and more over he did not panic us and spoke to us in a friendly manner which most of the doctor's dont do it i personally read the reviews of him and then booked an appointment with him and i am glad that i met him he cleared all my doubts
