Dr. Shweta Rathi is very ************* *** skilled. She explained the issue in detail, did the X-ray on the spot, and quickly identified the problem with a prompt remedy. The clinic environment and staff were excellent.

After having an experience of dental checkup and scaling by Dr. Shweta at Lucid, I am impressed but not surprised as to why the clinic has been rated as 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟 by everyone.

It was indeed a great experience right from the appointment, which was given by keeping my convenience into consideration.

I strongly recommend Dr. Shweta Rathi. This is my third visit, and my 6-year-old feels very comfortable with her, which is why we travel all the way from Model Colony to see her.

Overall my experience with this clinic is absolutely disappointing. The bare minimum expectation for any patient is courtesy & professionalism which is completely missing from Dr Shweta who is working here. I am truly baffled by all the stellar reviews for this place and especially for her.

I visited this place along with my 8 years daughter on 2nd August after going through so many positive (?) reviews for this place and resulted into lot mental stress and disappointment. My daughter was having some issue with upper tooth since there was a cap fitted earlier and I was planning to remove it in order to avoid any more pain to my daughter. Here is the sequence of disappointment –

· I called for an appointment expecting that I will be treated by Dr Priyank however by default they lined up with Dr Shweta. When I asked for explanation after all this issue, I got an answer that I should have specified which doctor’s treatment I want while booking an appointment.

· It is expected that parents accompanied with kid will try to seat closer while treatment going but it seems Dr Shweta was not conformable and keep asking me to wait outside.

· After initial screening, Dr Shweta started treating my daughter’s lower tooth thereby giving some anaesthesia injections (I was waiting outside while this mess was going). **** * ***** **** *** *** ** ******** ***** ***** ******* ** ***** ***** ****** *** ******** *** **** ** *** ***** **** ** ***** ***** **** ****** *** *** **** *** ********* **** *** **** *** *** ******* **** *********** ** **** **** ***** ***** ******* ****** ** *** *** ******* **** ****** ********* **** *** **** *** ******** ** * ***** **** ** ** *** ******** * **** ******* ******** ****** ******* ** ******* **** ***** ******* * ***** ***** **** ******* ****** **** ******* *** ******* ****** **** ****** **** ********* *** ********* * **** *** **** ********* **** ******** **** **** ****** **** ********** ** ***** **** ***** ** *** **** ***** ***** **********

· This is not end, the treatment was very painful for my daughter and she was literally screaming 3-4 times however Dr Shweta did not bother to stop with her procedure. Normally dental surgeons make sure if patient is having some pain while treatment, they will ask you how much it is paining, they may take small break in between extraction given the fact if they are treating kids.

· After all this bad, doctor orally recommend the painkiller syrup and upon asking written prescription she asked do you really want to in written?? I am sure everyone would expect written details on what treatment has been done, medication etc. which did not shared in visit itself until I asked for it.

· Next day I receive the feedback request for Dr Priyank on Practo & google for the treatment which he did not done!!. After having some whatsapp messaging with the clinic , Dr Priyank personally called to check the matter and asked whether I need refund of the treatment which I denied.

In summary, I would not at all recommend this clinic after this painful visit. Would request readers to not go with reviews available *** **** *** *** ********** *** ******* *** **** ***** *** ******

P.S. Not writing anything about treatment cost which was significantly higher than any normal clinic in Magarpatta/Amanora area. I would have been fine with charges if they would have treated well.

Dr. Shweta was incredibly patient *** ********* **** ********** She was able to correctly and quickly diagnose the issue and walked me through the treatment process with ease. Will definitely be going through with the suggested treatments with her.

I recently visited Lucid dental clinic for treatment, and as a dentist I was thoroughly impressed with their expertise and care. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease.

Dr. Shweta took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. Their professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process.

The treatment was pain free and the results exceeded my expectations. She made my filling look natural as she added artificial stains to it.The follow-up care and instructions were clear and concise, ensuring a smooth recovery.

Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Shweta for their exceptional dental care, compassion, and commitment to patient satisfaction. Five stars isn't enough – I'd give them ten stars if I could!

Prateek and Shweta both were really nice in their behavior.

I had a wisdom tooth extraction surgery which lasted around an hour and was done nicely, without any pain.

They charged genuinely.

Best thing is they don't get you involved in not that useful scans like CBCT etc, just for some extra money, which many other doctor in the area do. Doctor did X-ray and done the surgery! That's it !

Will definitely recommend this clinic.

Hi, I have a long association with Dr.Shweta Rathi!! It’s like I am confident that I am in safe hands and can leave my worries outside the door while taking treatment from Dr. Shweta Rathi. She takes at most care of the patient while treating the patient and makes sure that we are comfortable (calm) during the treatment. Has loads of patience. She is throughly professional, passionate and confident while treating the patient. Post treatment also she keeps a track of the patient’s wellbeing.
