Prachee Dhar has a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and is certified in the use of Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) as well as person-centred counselling. She has worked extensively with Children with special needs and their parents on various issues like adjustment, anxiety, behavioural concerns and expectation management. Additionally, her work with adults involves an eclectic approach, using different styles of therapy (CBT, REBT, Humanistic) to address various difficulties including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, mood disorders, panic, self-esteem, breakup, past trauma etc.
