Ms. Niharika Dudhal

a Certified Rational Emotive and Cognitive Behavior Therapy Practitioner trained at the Albert Ellis Institute, New York. She is also extensively trained in third-wave therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and uses an eclectic approach to help people embrace a more rational and rich life. With her primary work focused on psychotherapy for mental health, she actively pursued her passion for Alternative Education and Student Mental Health through workshops for teachers, parents, and students.
