Ms. Mihika Rajesh works only with children adolescents, her educational qualification includes a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters in Mental Health for Children and Young People. from the University of Edinburgh. During the session, she use various techniques including art, drama, movement, dialogue, play and talk to work with her clients to assist them on their journey of growth and healing. She has prior work experience in a US based not for profit organisation, whose aim is the holistic development of children and youth. She was a mentor to children attending the annual workshop, where She works to imbibe in the children a better understanding of themselves, build self – esteem, leadership, conflict management, improve communication etc. As a group we visited the children’s ward once a week to spend time with the children undergoing treatment for cancer. We were a listening board for children while engaging in activities of play with the understanding that elevated moods resulted in better response to medical treatment.
