Dr. Smitha Allagadda

I visited Dr. Smitha for Hormonal Cystic Acne in March 2016. I am writing this review after 5 months with my complete experience with doctor, prescription and treatment. She suggested Isotretinoin-20mg daily and chemical peels.

Doctor: She is very patient, helpful, experienced, soft spoken person. Overall she is a good doctor. She is easily reachable via phone/appointments. Clinic is very hygienic and staff is very obliging and everyone knows his job. I got a good overall experience with doctor's team.

Chemical Peels: Older and current acne goes immediately after couple peels. Best for boosting up confidence immediately, whereas it doesn't help in stopping acne from coming back.

Isotretinoin: It does improves the condition but very slowly and steadily. In my case acne kept coming back even in 3rd,4rth month. Now also i am not completely acne free. But frequency and intensity of acne is much lesser than before. I am happy with results.

In nutshell i would say, doctors prescription and methods works. But, don't depend only on medicines and peels. Acne has its roots in lifestyle like food and exercise habits. To look good, feel happy, exercise daily and eat mindfully.

Dr smita's clinic is near to my place so i use to book appointment with her and visit to her clinic . Initially i had skin acne problem for which i was visiting to her she had handled my issue very carefully and sincerely. She has prescribed me few medications and those medications has benefited me a lot. My problem is gradually recovering. The clinic people are very concerned about patient convenience and their feasibility. As if they reschedule their appointments they us to call me and inform me about the changes. As it depends about the doctor's availability some time she sits after 6:30 pm sometime not for the same they use to inform us accordingly so its easy for us also to plan the things.After consulted with Dr Smitha i have not booked appointment with any other dermatologist because she is very good in nature caring and sincere about her work. I am visiting her from qute long time so i have observed every thing in the clinic and I can say clinic staff is warm and helping there and basicammenities are also good in her clinic.

Guys don't think much....just book an appointment n decide for yourself...

I had acne since I was 13.. went to so many docs but no one could cure permanently... suddenly I got severe acne,i lost all hopes...still my family asked me to give a last try with another doc.. I met Smitha mam then....the way she explained the issue with my acne,cure,the time she gives to every patient for treatment...I saw some hope back again....n believe me after the chemical peel treatment I have taken...my acne are gone..... completely....I have gain my confidence back...I don't know how much thanks I should convey her...still it wont be sufficient...she came as angel for me...thanks alot...
