Dr Rachana is very professional and experienced yoga trainer. Her yoga training methods are innovative. It is a combination of traditional yoga and modern exercise. She makes a great effort to understand ones requirement and customize it accordingly. Highly recommended.

she is very friendly and supportive, Super intense classes and the pattern of her class is very interest as she never repeats the same asana the following day. Keeping tracking of everyone in the class is honestly a tough task and she handles it brilliantly.
