I visited to her for depression and anxiety. I was facing difficulties in my career in this pandemic time. I was not able to focus on my study and continuous negative thoughts were annoying me. She showed me the right path. Apart from the medicines, she suggested me the relaxation exercises which were really helpful. She explains in a very polite manner.I have recovered a lot now and am so happy with the treatment.

Dr Poonam is not only a medical practitioner but also a philosopher. Along with medicines she gives insight of life. I like her thought that once the patient gets fully treated and recovered should not visit her on the same problem; she tries to fully root out the problem with patients cooperation and patience.
