I consulted Dr Dhatchayani S, OBG during my entire pregnancy and delivery.She is an amazing doctor. Very ************** friendly and approachable. Her attention to detail and prompt guidance is commendable. She was always reachable in case of any queries.We are thankful to her for her continued support throughout my pregnancy and during post partum.

My experience with Dr. Dhatchayani (Gynaecologist) was mixed, *** * ***** ******* *********** ***** ******* ****** ****** ** ****** ********** *** ***** **** ** *** ********* *** ****** ***** ******** *** *** ***** ****** During my visit for a medicated procedure, there were some ********** charges, including Rs. 3000/- for prescribing medication, which the staff manager (some lady, not sure of her name) was unable to clearly explain despite providing a bill. During the procedure when the initial painkiller wasnâ**t effective, I found it difficult to get an alternative recommendation ******* ******** ** ****** *** ** *********, though the doctor did eventually prescribe another medicine that helped.The procedure spanned 2 weeks and required a follow-up scan, which I paid for separately* * *** **** ***** ** *** ** ********** ************ *** ** **** *** **** ****** ********.There also seemed to be some miscommunication at reception (manager herself was not clear) regarding whether a consultation fee would apply for reviewing the final report. Overall, clearer communication around billing and protocols would have improved the experience. I would recommend this clinic / doctor primarily for emergency situations.
