The doctor explained everything clearly and I had a good overall experience. Although there was a long wait because the doctor was on lunch during my booked slot, I would still recommend her and I rated the experience five out of five.

I have been visiting shilpa ma'am for a year now for pregnancy related issues.

Pre-Pregnancy consultation.

Shilpa ma'am has been a pillar like support for us in the time of distress. We approached her after a biochemical pregnancy loss and unable to conceive again. She explained us the importance of staying stress free during the pregnancy journey and suggested very few medicines. She explained the situation very well and suggested IUI. IUI was also performed by her. Within a month of consulting her, I was pregnant.

Pregnancy consultation

We continued to visit ma'am for pregnancy checkup. Ma'am used to call us only when needed and she used to give preference to pregnant patients. She never suggested unnecessary scans ans medicines. Most of the minor issues were resolved mostly on phone.

During pregnancy I was tested COVID + and ma'am also suggested necessary medication over phone and assured us that the baby is safe. She didn't charge me anything for these. Also she monitored baby and my health throughout pregnancy.

Delivery

Due to low amniotic fluid, I had to be rushed to emergency for c-section. Ma'am was there to ensure that baby and I were safe. She even ensured that breast milk is sufficient for the baby and latching position is apt.

Shilpa ma'am is doctor for my mother in law as well. She operated my mil for uterus removal and health was completely monitored by her.

I strongly recommend ma'am for her expertise and attitude with which she treats patients. Like we have general physician, women especially need gynecologist esp like shilpa ma'am

In our life, there were a lot of unexpected tragedies that happened in 2019. Fate was taking away people from us and we felt, like any other Indian that extending family is the only way we can come out of the pain and have a fruitful life ahead. We had our doubts when we decided to go to a fertility clinic like any of you have. Whether this is right decision, right place, where these clinics are trust worthy. But all those fear & worries left us since we met Dr.Shilpa Mam. In this era, you hardly see a genuine and caring doctor like Shilpa Mam who prescribes medicine ONLY if it's essential. Only due to mam's proper knowledge, experience and care, we are glad to tell you that, we are now proud parents of twin baby girls. We really don't know how to thank Mam for this!

Apart from what I mentioned above, one unique quality Mam have is, she is so positive person. Not only me, I could see that positive energy flowing to my wife every time we meet Mam. It was very much needed for us especially after a very unfortunate incident happened in our family prior to meeting mam. As you know, when we go through this phase, it's quite natural that we get nervous. Trust me, the day we met Shilpa Mam, a positive energy started flowing to our mind & soul. She eases our tension with kind motivating words & care. She even sacrificed her consulting fee(of course we will pay it soon) on the day when our babies surprised us by their decision to come out early. we owe our entire happiness to mam. \n\nYou can trust my words as not a marketing content but true facts to the fullest. Mam is more than sister & mother to us.

We do not think any amounts of words would be enough to share our thankfulness. We were trying to conceive since 2 years and visited multiple doctors but didn't get positive result. We lost all hopes and finally we consulted Dr. Shilpa ma'am. When I met with her first time with full of tensed, Ma'am listened to me patiently and assured me that I'll be Mom soon. After meeting her we felt so relaxed and pretty confident that now we reached the right place. Under her guidance, medication and follow ups we went with the treatment. After a lots of struggle, finally I got my good news. Now we got a clear understanding on what and where we are failing, which she explained everything very clearly. She is well experienced, very friendly, very caring and always smiling and like a Mom to us in advising right things to do. Shilpa ma'am is always available on WhatsApp and call for any kind of queries. We are always thankful to the entire Milan staff in making our dream come true. I would definitely recommend her for any fertility related issues.

I visited Dr. H V Satish Babu for a spine issue, and he explained the problem clearly. The clinic environment and staff were good. Although the wait time was about 40 minutes due to the doctor being in a meeting, overall the consultation was good and I rate it 4 out of 5.

Recent visit to the doctor was deeply disappointing. Despite having a scheduled appointment, the wait time was excessively long, and when I was finally seen, the consultation felt rushed and perfunctory. The doctor spent less than two minutes with me, completed the examination with minimal interaction, and did not take the time to explain anything or address the concerns. Just suggested some medicine which caused a lot of pain when we revisit no explanation at all and just given some vitamin capsules.

I left feeling that my time and money were completely wasted. Overall, I would not recommend this facility based on my experience.

We were lucky to be in touch with Dr Shilpa Ellur from last year. Initially l was consulted couple of other gynaecologists but felt that the personal touch was missing.Then one day l consulted Dr.Shilpa @Milann.ln first visit only she found the problem and started the treatment immediately.she gives attention to each and every small things about your health.she is too passionate about her work and gives attention to every patient.and also she responds to queries at anytime.she explains each and every thing very clearly.Now my problem is solved and I conceived.Thanks 🙏 🙏🙏Shilpa mam.

Dr. Shilpa is very soft spoken, supportive and practical. She explains everything in detail and also shares her personal experiences to make us feel at ease. She keeps the visits and tests to minimum while ensuring that utmost care is taken, if required. She has been with us in 2 most critical and difficult journeys - delivering my twin daughters and operating for removing my breast abscess. She is always available and has answered silliest of my queries. We are extremely happy that she has been with us through this phase of our life. I would highly recommend her.

Doctor is very friendly and listens to our problems. She is very organized and explains the treatment procedure in detail. She made sure the our concerns are addressed before moving to treatment. We have been taking treatment from last 8 months and very satisfied with the service. She is very approachable and provide instant response through whatsapp/phone call when urgent assistance required. We have witnessed lot of progress in our treatment and got positive result. I strongly recommend the doctor.

My experience with Dr Shilpa was wonderful..she was very supportive and helpful throughout my pregnancy. She always encouraged me whenever I needed the most.. not only she successfully operated me with my beautiful daughter but also provided post pregnancy care and consultation..
