The doctor and staff were very polite and guided me properly. Dr. Bhargavi was very nice, and I felt comfortable during my visit. I would definitely recommend her and rate my experience 5 stars.

I visited Dr. Bhargavi Reddy for menopause issues, and she explained the pelvic scan clearly and suggested remedies. The doctor communicated politely and softly, and the staff were caring and polite as well. Overall, I felt well supported during my visit.

1. UNTRAINED STAFF: Nurses here are totally untrained. **** **** *** ********* *** seem totally confused all the time. They do not even know to handle instruments used for certain test in pregnancy (eg NST). **** **** ** ** **** ***** ***** ********** ***** ******* ************** **** ** *** **** ** **** *** ***** ** ****** ****** ******** ***** ** *** *** **** **** ** **** **********

2. LACK OF HYGIENE: The place lacks hygiene in all aspects. I even seem to have caught infection from their surgical tool post c section. They have cats running around in the hospital. The bedspreads in the wards are dirty, stained and torn.

3. LACK OF FACILITY:

The NST machine that was used to perform my non stress test was lying in the ally and was dragged and mishandled by the nurse. * ***** *** ******** ** *** ****** ******** ** *** ******* ******* ** *** ********** based on which I was told I need to get an emergency C section.

Now let me share my horrendous experience here in detail. I came for my regular checkup during my 36th week and I complained of less movement of baby.. I was asked to take non stress test using the machine i mentioned above. The nurse who performed my test *** *** **** **** *** ** ****** *** ********* *** kept calling other nurses for help who seemed to be equally confused . Finally they all fixed i* ***** **** *********** The test was run for 10 mins and my babies heart beat showed up high. Doctor said I should get an immediate c section.. They rushed me to the OT and performed the surgery and my baby was born with grunting. They do not have NICU to handle such cases.. They asked us to shift the baby to CMH hospital.They have * ***** ambulance parked outside the hospital. They shifted the baby in their innova without proper facility to place oxygen cylinder and the nurses asking each other to accompany the baby. Meanwhile I was directly moved to the ward without observation in post operative care. Post operation Dr did not even pay a visit the next morning. I was left to be treated under the hands of the under trained nurses. My baby ended up being in the CMH NICU for 15 days. I had to get admitted in CMH too ** ** ******** *** ****** ** *** ** ********* ** ****** ** *** ******* ***** *** **** * ***** **** ****** ** **** ***** *** After 18 days of non stop stress trauma and a heavy hospital bill my baby n I finally got home.

I recently visited Dr. Bhargavi Reddy at Life Plus Hospital in Indiranagar, Bangalore with several health concerns including high prolactin levels, white discharge, fatigue, and iron deficiency. Unfortunately, my experience with the service provided by Dr. Reddy was extremely disappointing.

What added to my disappointment was the lack of information provided about my condition. Dr. Reddy did not take the time to explain the nature of my infection or the reasons behind my symptoms. Instead, she swiftly prescribed medication without any detailed explanation. This left me feeling uninformed and unsure about my treatment plan.

Furthermore, the doctor's approach to follow-up care was lacking. After prescribing the medication, Dr. Reddy simply instructed me to return for a follow-up appointment after a week, without providing any further guidance or support.

Overall, my experience with Dr. Bhargavi Reddy at Life Plus Hospital was disheartening, and I would not recommend her services to anyone seeking compassionate and informative medical care. I believe that a patient's well-being should be treated with respect and empathy, qualities that were sorely lacking in this encounter. I hope that the hospital takes steps to address these issues and improve the quality of care provided to patients in the future.

Dr. Bhargavi Reddy was caring and patient-friendly. There was no waiting time, and I felt the consultation was worth the fee. Overall, I am very satisfied and would rate the experience 5 out of 5.

I had a good experience with Dr. Bhargavi Reddy during my first visit for infertility issues. She was nice and clear, *** *** ****** *** * ***** *********** **** ******** *****.

Dr. Bhargavi Reddy is a very experienced doctor who understands the patient's mental condition and suggests appropriate treatment. I first received treatment for conception in 2011-2012, and recently she provided effective medicine and safety guidelines for my UTI.

Doctors involvement wasn't that great in listening to the patient's problem and explain them accordingly. Dr. Bharghavi was just an observer and she had an assistant who leads the consultation. They don't want to listen and understand what the patient wants to tell, but were only busy in completing their notes and rushing to finish. It was like a rapid fire, question and answer rounds. They were asking for our suggestions, as what we wanted to do. *** ** **** ***** **** ** ******** **** ********* * ******* *** ** ** ***** **** *** ******* ** ********** And later, we agreed to do all the tests they both were busy writing in the pescription.

I personally felt, like I was in a temple waiting in the queue for Prasadam. You wait for long, take the prasadam and leave as early as possible 😂

I did not complete my treatment in life plus hospital and immediately changed to another doctor ** *********** She was expensive, but still she listened to us and had the complete counselling.

I am sure Dr Bhargavi Reddy must be very good and experienced, as I checked for her reviews before visiting. But, she must give little time to understand her patients to make them more comfortable. Also, there should be more privacy to treat a patient and not in an open space inforont of anyone coming in and going out.

Otherwise, the hospital is nice and I am sure the doctor also must be very good and experienced, but in our case we did not get too many opportunities to interact with the doctor.

Next day I came to the hospital and they requested a scan, they didn’t even speak to me properly after scanning, **** ****** ***** ** *** ***** **** *** ******* ********** ****** *** ****** **** ****** **** *** ***** *** ****** ** *** ***********

Moreover, the hospital is unhygienic the curtains and bedsheets do not resemble those of a proper medical facility, instead, the place feels more like a regular house. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

Dr. Bhargavi Reddy, has treated me for my second pregnancy 14 years ago in 2010. Again, I visited for D & C and Mirena insertion for heavy bleeding, she kindly addressed me and asked me to do a few check-ups, which the sisters arranged very quickly and the next day, I got my D&C done and Mirena inserted without any complications. I really admire the doctor for her dedication and sincerity towards medical science. The doctor's fees is only Rs 200 which is very shocking, her honest approach and humble behavior are very appreciating. Please visit Life Plus Multispeciality, it is for all class of people.
