I started consulting Dr Anil during the time of Covid for completing my lingual braces treatment which I started in 2018 at Mumbai. Due to covid I couldn’t travel back to Mumbai for continuing my treatment and after consulting few doctors in Trivandrum finally I found fresh smile clinic through google reviews. My experience at Fresh Smile was really great. I completed my orthodontic treatment with very good result and also done my RCT here. They have excellent facilities with updated technologies in the treatment. Having a great experience at Fresh Smiles. Dr. Anil is an excellent orthodontist and is helping me achieve a 100% perfect smile with Invisalign! He explained in detail how the entire process would flow and was able to show me a before and after simulation of my teeth's alignment with Invisalign. I have been consulting him on a monthly basis and am very happy with the progress so far. Not only is Dr. Anil great at his work, but he also builds a good rapport with his patients. Would also like to mention that the staff are very helpful and prompt with their service. They have been kind to schedule all my appointments in a timely manner and call me a day before to remind me of the same. Whenever I have had queries from time to time, I've been able to reach out to the doctor's staff, and they have been able to address my queries to my satisfaction. I personally recommend this dental place to everyone in need of any dental procedure Dr Anil delivers a level of care and expertise that seldom coexists. He is a perfectionist who makes you feel confident. That why I trusted him to do extensive work in my mouth that resulted in a winning smile. He talks to you and explains exactly what you need and what happens if you do not do anything about it.I have done smile design on my 4 front tooth. The . The whole process root canal, scanning, designing all went went very smooth. I had went to the clinic today for dental filling. In spite of me telling the doctor I had severe pain on a site she kept on putting the pressure at the point and she accidentally pulled my lips with an instrument . On top of the pain I had, this accident couldnt be tolerated. Though she apologised at the end , when I complained about this during that time she was arrogant. Now it's been 8 hours since the appointment now my mouth is full of bruises because of very harsh use of instruments. If I had had option to put the pics I would have.
