The doctor listened to me carefully and understood my problem well. The consultation was thorough and the waiting time was reasonable, so I did not feel my time was wasted. However, I would not recommend Dr. Barthwal overall because I did not find the hospital or clinic environment satisfactory.

The doctor was not very clear during the consultation, and this was my first experience with him. I felt the process was confusing, especially regarding the follow-up with a junior doctor and the consultation fees. Overall, I did not feel genuinely cared for during the visit.

The doctor was very friendly and sweet, and she explained everything clearly. Overall, it was a good experience, and the clinic and staff were also satisfactory. I would definitely recommend Dr. Swapnali Sansare and rate the experience five out of five.
