I did not really get the doctor to examine the issue. I was told that I'd be doing some exercises, followed by ultrasound for the first two sessions, which reduced the pain. After that, i was just going for sessions where i was doing similar exercises, with two exercises to practice at home. One thing any patient might like, is an idea of how the treatment might look, as well as a rough timeline, based on the condition of the patient. I was just called for successive sessions, without a proper home routine of exercises. I could do all the exercises i was doing at the clinic at home too. The main doctor was not there to do any specific corrections either. No one would really want to keep going for sessions every two days, as it is a significant cost when you have no idea of the timelines and how many sessions you're going to go for.
