Diet Clinic, Kondhwa

I have consulted Dr. Rekha Pohani for High Cholesterol.

Doctor had one-to-one appointment on video call where she answered all my queries related to health. After which she has given me a simple diet plan with homemade food and no added supplements.

I followed the diet plan for 3 months and my cholesterol level has come down to absolute normal level from 278 to 141. I have also reduced my weight by 5kg in 3 months. I am very happy with the results.

Pathetic experience. Unprofessional behaviour. Unresponsive. No consultation was provided.

I had booked the video consultation appointment on 6th, Ms Rekha didn't attend video call and made an audio call which was hardly for 2 mins. She asked me to fill up the form without which she wouldn't be able to give consultation which I found fair. I asked her when she would give me the consultation she told various scenarios...I told her I would fill up the form at the earliest,then she responded saying as soon as I fill up the form.

She sent me the form which I filled up immediately the same day, but that day she never responded. Next day morning around 10.30 or so I had pinged her on her what's app where she had shared form link, she responded saying she would call in sometime but after waiting for 3-4 hrs also she didn't call. Pinged her again,she didn't respond....pinged her again after sometime,by that time she was smart enough to block me.

In practo too she had marked my consultation as complete and had kept the window open for just chatting 30messages. After sending texts too,she didn't respond there as well.

After contacting practo and submitting my review ****** ** ***** *********** ** ******* at practo and Google,doc started chasing me through calls and text messages!

Special Thanks to Dr. Rekha. Quite interesting and sumptuous diet plan. No craving for food or never felt hungry during this diet program and feeling quite active also. Coupled with the physical activity, as suggested, could cut down 3 kgs., in 21 days. More important, the plan is customized to suite the individual health issues. Must recommend her.

I have detected with thyroid and gain weight so I consulted Dr. Rekha. She explained me in detail all the things which are caused above mentioned issues and gave me diet plan. Diet plan includes regular food which we usually Indians have in their diet, no fancy food or expensive one. And I dedicatedly follow her diet and got the result which I aim for.
