The doctor was late to the clinic. Then there was a clash in the appointment time as she had a direct patient also. The direct patient came in after me and still was attended before me because I was on a 2 minute phone call. The explanation given to me by her staff was “Doctor Madam can’t be kept waiting”. It’s unacceptable how they felt my time was free without even knowing a patient’s profile. Let alone profile, they probably don’t value anyone’s time.

she is the best. I have tried every single doctor of Noida near by Noida City Centre and every famous doctor, but I had really disappointing experience in terms of long term resolution to issue, just people focussing on their products and loosing people's interest in true dermats. however when I met Dr Mona for first time I never knew she would be so wonderful for her work. she is an example of true dermat with less medicines and oral applications. go for her anytime!
