Before visiting pysiocircle I visited other physio clinic too but no avail . Then I read about Dr Poonam . Dr Poonam is very supportive she first listen patents problem and then explain the issue and remedy . In 3 weeeks exercise at her clinic my pain is almost gone . Thank you Dr Poonam .

I had terrible neck pain, radiating to my shoulders. It was so terrible that I had to miss my office one day. Then my neighbour suggested me for taking physiotherapy and he recommended me the physio circle.
After my first visit only my pain was forty percent better. Gradually I became pain free and now I am doing the exercises which are prescribed to me by the doctors.
They also educated me as how to manage such pain in future I would recommend the physical to everyone.
