Dr. Ruchika listens to the issues very patiently, then suggests you to get required tests done. Her pre test self examination/observation on underlying issue is quite accurate. In spite of having multiple patients at her disposal, she ensures all her patients get sufficient therapy time and her personal attention / consultation during each therapy session. I've seen her following up with her patients with regard to their current health status and reminding them to strictly follow exercise routine for expedite recovery.

I have gone through treatment lasting 1-3 weeks couple of times in the last 3 years at Dr. Ruchika's clinic. At the first instance, Dr. Ruchika seems to be very professional, competent and friendly. She has a great deal of ability to diagnose the problem looking at the root cause. Due to my chronic back pain problem, I took consultations and treatments with multiple Physiotherapist's over last 20 plus years, however, I have found Dr. Ruchika one of the best Physiotherapist. She puts intense focus on the exercises and does not put patients completely on the machines as per common practice across this profession. Dr. Ruchika is very hard working and spend lot of efforts with an emphasis on the correct exercises as a long term healing and sustainable way. I had severe pain in my calf muscle. I went to consult Dr. Ruchika and in the first session itself she diagnosed the root cause of the problem and just after 2 sessions, I felt big relief and after 4-5 sessions, I was back to normal. I was suffering from postural issues and severe pain in shoulders, scapula and elbow. Dr. Ruchika had examined and in detail explained me the issues. She has great knowledge and spends good amount of time on each patient. She herself takes the exercise session of all the patients which is really appreciable.

This is my first review on practo. And truly justifies Dr Ruchika's sincerity and dedication towards her work. I haven't come across a doctor who spends so much time and effort with each of her patients. She is someone who genuinely cares for her patients.
