I entered the clinic and as was asked to pay consultation fees first. Unless you pay the fees, you are not allowed to speak to the main Dietician. First consultation fees is paid by us was just for introduction. No detail study of my medical condition was done. I had carried my recent blood test reports but they were kept aside and i was offered 2 packages. One for one time diet plan and other for Three months. The discussion was about packages and it's benifits. The Dietician who owns the clinic, does not make diet plans for you. It's her juinor staff who do not discuss your case, neither do the study your reports. They directly issue the diet plan to you on their app and then they video call you to explain it, by keeping their camera off. So that you can't even know, whether you are talking to the receptionist or actual Dietician. I had most pathetic experience with this clinic, ** * **** **** ****** **** ******* **** ******* ****** **** ****** ********* *** ********* ***** *** ****** ******** ****** ** *** *** ***** *** **** ***** Here the money you pay is for pdf copy of diet plan and chat / video consultation with juinor staff. For every chat ( i am saying chat because the main Dietician does not talk in detail about diet or your medical condition. She only forces you to download their app and explains you her packages.), You need to pay extra 1000 rupees. Means ,someone else will make a plan for you for which you pay 1500, and to discuss the same with the main Dietician, you need to pay 1000 rupees extra. And in return you get rossy words and typical diet plan ***** *** *** ******** **** *** ****** ***** which has no calary count, very less alternatives for food.

I recommend all of you, not to spend your money here, ** **** **** ****** **** ****** ***** ******* *** *** **** *** ***** ** ******* ** *** *******And this is my 01-06-2023's experience. Without checking my reports, my sugar levels, i have received the diet plan today on 02-06-2023 by a juinor staff and i had to force her to turn on her camera during video consultation. So this review is purely based on my experience. Pathetic service, no empathy towards patient or clients, and for every action, first they ask for fees, then the proceed. I paid 1000 rupees to chat with the Dietician. Please dont spare your money. ******* ******* ****** *** *** ******** ********* ** ********** and after posting the same experience on review page, the owner is threatening me to share my reports on open forum. ******* ** ** ****** ******* ****** *********** ** **** ** ************** ******* ****** ** *** ***** *** ******* ** *** ******** ********* *** ****** ***** * *** *********** *** *********** ****** ** ********** ** ******* ******* ***** ******** ******* *******. I highly recommend not to visit this clinic and the service is totally disappointing. ** *** *** ******* ** ***** ******* ******* ** *** ******* ** *** ***** ****** *** *** ** *** ********* ***** ****** **** ******* *** ********** ***** **. Big turn off and biggest thumbs down 👎👎👎👎 to this D4H clinic.

I do agree i have lost 2 kg in one month and there are many options available however nutri coach does not show on time and keep rescheduling. Asking for any request to doctor team is wastage of time as they do not listen. There is an online app with one login and they disabled screen shot 2 days before where plan is published. I am not a cooking at home. They suggested that take a picture of your mobile screen with other phone and share with family member who is cooking or every 3 days write on paper and paste in kitchen as if i am making an order in restaurant. I may be wrong but i find it terrible to order my wife to cook food in such a manner on daily basis instead i have requested an option to share screen shot of mobile like earlier or additional login to my wife who will plan for my meal. They are very rude and do not even ready to accept that what i say, make sense to have a respect for family member who is handling kitchen. Highly disappointed with rude behavior of team. At least they could have said that will look into it, no scope of talking to them.

Diet issues very easy to follow and team is very supportive ,polite and the best part is they give you applications support during program for better connectivity .
