My encounter with this doctor was terrible. During the 30-minute video call consultation, he only listened for 10 minutes and struggled to hear me, leading me to shout to communicate. He didn't bother to use earphones, which was unprofessional. Instead of carefully addressing my concerns, he quickly typed a few medicine names and abruptly disconnected. There were no follow-up questions or any suggestions for an essential X-ray for my cervical issues. Despite his 15 years of experience, his professionalism was lacking. When I requested a 5-minute call later, he refused and ignored my texts. It seemed like I paid just to see his face, which was barely visible on the call. Overall, it was a truly disappointing and dreadful experience with this doctor.
