I was recommended Dr Parul mam by one of my friends. I've been suffering from ocd for 5 years . I could not step out of my room because of my obsession for cleanliness and spent hours washing hands, taking bath , checking locks. Mam thanks for understanding my problem and giving me ample time when most doctors are in a hurry to see next patient. I've seen tremendous improvement not just in my ocd symptoms but my mood and overall mental health is much much better now. My family members are very happy. Thanks mam for changing my life. I was suffering from low mood for past 4 years and have been to alot psychiatrists both online and offline. I have been prescribed so many antidepresents. None of these doctors ever explained me about my problems or what steps to take to prevent future any episodes etc. It was only and only Dr Parul mam who listened to my problems patiently without any hurry, explained to me about my problem and also advised lifestyle changes not just prescribed medicines like other doctors do.
