Today was my 3rd visit to the doctor and finally the treatment completed, my ailment healed.

I am really very happy that the ailment that I was suffering since decades was so nicely and effectively treated by Dr Poonam and finally resolved. I already given my feedback for the doctor before and today after returning back after a final checkup, thought of expressing my thanks and gratitude once again for Dr Poonam.

This hospital is affordable, this hospital is very located ( opp shishumangal hospital) .There is ample seating for visitors, seating appromately 50-60 person.Toilet is clean enough. The operation hall is very good and have enough modern technology machine.the courtesy and efficiency of doctor,nurses and other supporting staff is commendable. Useful medicine are also also available here for reasonable price.Swastik ent and skin clinic remains my first choice and highly appreciated and recommended.

My father had hearing problem for last 2 years. we consulted Dr Sunil jalan

He examined and asked for hearing test. They have very good facilities for hearing test including sound proof room. Audiologist was very efficient and polite. He spent enough time for hearing aid fitting and explained in detail. we were asked to attend clinic again if we need further hearing aid settings. my father is very happy and i am really satisfied with such a professional approach. i recommend this clinic for anybody who is suffering from hearing loss.

Went to Swastik Ent & Skin Clinic for nasal blockage. I was prescribed septoplasty and turbinoplasty. Now my operation is done and I feel a normal life. I would like to thank Dr. Sunil Jalan for his patience, expertise and intelligence throughout my treatment. After a failed surgery at a well known hospital in Mumbai I developed severe vertigo attacks with frequent episodes of geediness. After multiple visits with specialist in this field I was only put on medication which did not help. On recommendation of my brother I met Dr. Sunil Jalan to which I was advised some regular test to Identify the cause after which I was asked to undergo a reversal surgery under Dr. Jalan guidance. Dr Sunil jalan is an excellent ent specialist, I had been suffering from past 5 years and conditions become quite severe.in recent year I also developed heavy snoring. I tried various treatment including homeopathy,ayurveda, allopathic medicine and - but nothing provided lasting relief. Using otrivin spray and anti allergic medicine has become a part of my daily life .

Whe i visited dr jalan, he carefully examined me and diagnosed the actual issue. As per his recommendation I did surgery and now I was so satisfied with my experience that I would completely free from the problem.

Doctor and audiometrist are good and reasonable people who are recommended. But clinic management especially at the reception is horrible. There’s a particular women who is the rudest possible front desk receptionist I have ever met. Plus they have no option for card payment, (and they are least bothered about it). Time management is not upto mark as too much (5 hours for a consult and audiometer tests) wait time and beware, they will not even call you at your turn if you go out for lunch. Overall I would not recommend this clinic unless the doctor changes his staff.

I visited Swastik Ent & Skin Clinic for the treatment of perforated eardrum (ruptured eardrum) of right ear under Dr. Sunil Jalan. As the eardrum hole was not small , he suggested me to undergo Tympanoplasty along with Mastoid Exploration. On 05 /01/2022 I was operated for approx two hours as it was a major operation. The cholesteatoma sac (the infected diseased air cell) was removed from the mastoid bone. The eardrum was repaired with muscle lining from behind the ear.The eardrum has started to grow highlighting the success of the operation. Dr. jalan sir is like the God to me.He is exceedingly friendly and explained the health issue very clearly.Thank you so much doctor. The junior doctors were quite helpful too.The administrator and the receptionists were very co-operative and disciplined too. Overall swastik ent clinic is an ideal place for the ENT patients.

I am a patient of Dr Sunil Jalan, from bangladesh i came here for treatment only, He is such a doctor that we rarely found in Kolkata. He is so humble and friendly that when severe patient talk to him , gets relief from disease panic symptoms. Not only behavior of doctor his staffs are also very cooperative.
