Dr. Agarwal is a very professional Doctor. I was having severe ear infection & pain. Had consulted a very senior consultant initially. He had prescribed some medicines. But the situation had got worse.

Visited Dr. Agarwal and he listened patiently to my problems. He immediately informed that I am developing facial palsy due to the ear infection ( which neither me nor my family were able to detect).

Prescribed medicines and explained the issues. Subsequently was always available over Whats App for any doubt clarification. Problem got cured in a weeks time ,but medicines continued for a fortnight
