Despite of booking through Practo I have been waiting more than 1 hour to enter in the doctor chamber, also staffs of that clinic are not efficient in managing the patients. We the patients are paying sum amount to get not only treatment but also proper explanation of the treatment and health issue and area of problems in future. *** ****** *** *** ******* *** ***** ****** ***** *** ***** ** **** ******* ***** *** **** ****** ******* *** ******** ********** ** **** I have asked to the receptionist for briefing about the prescribed medicines but they denied and told me that the same will ne answer by the doctor. Today on 28th Feb I have again visited the same place to consult with the diagnostic reports but it is very sad that doctor had not said anything about the reports of x-ray and other diagnosis. Overall I have paid ₹ 1000 but get nothing. **** ******* ** ****** Very dissatisfied with the overall treatment

All the used cotton and other stuff were kept in reception area and trash was scattered all around. I don't think I will visit for 2nd consultation or ever again. Received no explanation despite asking. Causes of my problem, treatment options, preventive measures nothing explained by doctor. Only prescribed medicine and physiotherapy for which no details given by reception. Even MR is not explained what has captured and how is report. Overall Not satisfied. Staff is also very rude.
