The Center for Career and Life Design Counseling is a holistic development center that focuses on the mental and emotional well-being of individuals. It was founded in Kolkata by Prof Dr. Somprakash Bandyopadhyay, a renowned former professor from IIM Calcutta, IIT Kharagpur, and IIT Bombay. Assisting him are two co-founders, Ms. Anooshka Banerjee, and Ms. Ananya Roy, who are Counseling Psychologists with expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methods in this field. The center also has a strong network of support volunteers, including experienced professionals from academia and industry who act as subject-specific mentors. The Center for Career and Life Design Counselling is a holistic approach to development that considers an individual's values, interests, and overall well-being. It focuses on identifying and enhancing an individual's unique strengths and capabilities, assisting them in creating a life and career that aligns with their aspirations and values.
