Myself Dibyendu and have experienced a bad day today (07.03.24) in Genome clinic, kolkata . I went to Dr Sujay's (Genome clinic), first of all I was told on the phone that the consultancy fee will be less ( 1200 Rs for husband and wife both) but after going there clinic charged1200. Still, there was no problem in it. I was given a time of 1 o'clock, but Dr. had to leave the house and he directly told me angrily that why have you come now, I cannot see now *** ***** **** **** **** ** * **** * **** *** ** **** ** *** ********* I had my semen test report, which I had tested in *** ** **** semen analysis lab, kolkata, in which I had spent 1600 rupees, but till then I did not know that by going to a clinic, I would have to test again and spend money. The doctor neither saw that report nor gave any suggestions, didn't even ask anything and just wrote in his pad for a semen test in their lab only and will consult with both of husband and wife.And in just 5 minutes, without giving any suggestions, asked to leave. I took out my time from the office and came here just to spend 1200 without any benefit .*** ****** * ***** ** **** **** ** **** ******* ** ** ** *** ** *** * *** ******* *** ********* ** *** ** ****** ** ******* ** Anyway I have to do my test elsewhere but the behaviour of Dr. was not good. We are the patients and if you have no time to see your patients properly kindly tell your agents or receptionist not to allow any patient for consultant in your out time. 1200 rs gone for no reason..its a big amount for me ** ******* ***** ** ********* ****** ***** ** *** again you are told to do the same report. Thanks

As a family, we cannot adequately thank you, Sir for what you did. Our baby was successfully delivered and my wife is healthy, thanks to you. We appreciate the way you stood by us every step of the way.

As a common layman we approached Dr Sujoy Dasgupta for infertility treatment. Right from the very outset Dr Dasgupta appeared more as a friend than a doctor. We would never ever forget how a person can become larger-than-life by sheer sincerity and cordiality. Today, as the parent of two male children, we can't help appreciating the approach, the care, love and guidance, as and when required, bestowed upon us by Dr Dasgupta...And we promise to teach our generation next how one has to be GOOD intrinsically to become great in any field of profession...Thank you Sir...thank you so much for always being there...

I would like to share with everyone the story of our journey with Dr. Sujoy Dasgupta which started in 2018. Previously my wife had gone through the distressful experience of miscarriage. She had PCOS and Hypothyroidism.After visiting several reputed doctors and having gone through all their prescribed tests we were in a labyrinth. Our confidence was completely shattered.At this point of hopelessness, with the suggestion of one of our closest friends we visited Dr. Sujoy Dasgupta.

From the very first day of meeting , he was extremely supportive. He not only listened to our problems with patience, answered our queries but also restored our faith in ourselves with his positive attitude. He diagnosed our problems and suggested all the possible ways of treatment with their merits and demerits. He was always there to soothe our anxiety by receiving our calls and replying our texts.

Finally with the bliss of Almighty and the efficient guidance and constant support of Dr. Sujoy Dasgupta we are blessed with the most cherished gift of our life, our baby boy Spandan.
