I had an appointment with Dr. Gargi Ma'am, and she took the time to truly understand my concerns. She listened patiently as I shared my entire history and the challenges I've faced with my disorder. After carefully assessing my situation, she prescribed medication and recommended therapy. So far, I've completed two DBT sessions with her, and I already feel that things are much better managed.
