Sai Siddhi Urology and Multispeciality Hospital, Gurgaon Sector 46

The Dr. is good but one of his staff member is rude. I had booked a follow up appointment through Practo to which this staff called me to change the timings which I readily accepted. When I arrived at the hospital I was informed doctor will come in an hour and when I queried receptionist she said doctor was available at the initial time (fixed through practo) and she doesn’t know why we were offered a new time. On calling back the same number I had received call from we found this other staff was sitting in other room and asked us to wait 45 min (which we did). Still no sign of doctor we said how much more wait to which the guy responded “aapse nahi hoga aap ja sakte ho. Koi aur Doctor dhond lo”.

My initial consultation with Dr. was good but now I don’t feel I would like to visit this hospital again. I understand waiting if doctor is busy but rude arrogance by staff is not acceptable.

The doctor was not available. Instead I was forced to pay 1000 INR for a doctor I didn’t know and trust. Due to the urgency I had to go and see that doctor and get a diagnosis ***** *** *** **** *** ***** There were no open ended questions to understand what am I going through. Pathetic experience. ***** *******

Booked for 11:30 am, Proctor assured. Got a confirmation call at 11 am. Then at 11:05 am when I was on my way, I received a call that the doctor is not available.

I had plans for the whole day. I specifically chose morning slot well in advance but in-vain. I was told that doctor will come at 2 pm. I told them I have to postpone my work meeting because of this, are you 100% sure that doctor will be there? They told that he will be there. I reached at 2:02 pm. Doctor was not there. Waited for almost half an hour.

When doctor came, he checked for barely 1 minute while he was on some personal phone call. Told us that there would be a minor procedure and to talk to his assistant Deepak for any query, and left. That it. It's as if we had come to talk to the assistant only. He said that cash surgery will cost you 7000-12000..... while via insurance it is a package costing 30-40k. We were fed up. Paid the "consultation" fee and left

after waiting for 30mins and multiple calls doctor joined the video call so that i can explain the problem i am having. After 15mins of call the doctor told me he will be sharing the prescription with me however it has been more than 8 hours now and still there is now sign of the prescription. i have already paid the fees in advance expecting good experience however it has been a very poor experience. I had called more than 10 times and messaged doctor on practo multiple times and yet there is no response to any of my calls and messages. This is so unprofessional behaviour that the patient has to run after the doctor to share the prescriptions so that the treatment can be started.
