The Fame of Mind, DLF Phase II

I have taken a few medications for about 4 months, was very doubtful whether it's going to help me or not, and my a was becoming difficult to cope with.

With time my work demands and ups and downs in my relationship would keep resulting in flare ups.. When I went to her, I found a good listener n great friend.. she connected with me and understood what I am going through.. after the few sessions she shared her story of life and the treatment plan for me.

She also gave me a muscle relaxation therapy which was basically for releasing all the negativity inside me so that I gain my happy soul back.

Till now I have never taken any decisions for myself but now I’ve gained that confidence to just look forward and do whatever I like.

She has been there with me with all the support and motivation.. We are still working on the rest. My anxiety issue no more exists.. I am able to control my overthinking and comparison habit and I strongly recommend her if you need any kind of psychological help.

She’s just not a psychologist rather a Mother to me who always guides you the best.

She is really very polite and give proper time to you. It took 30 to 45 minutes and believe me half of your problem are vanished. I didn't remember when I properly laugh in last 8 month, but on very 1st day of my counseling she made me to realise that even I can laugh. Now I am start following the things which she told me to do.. this is the 2nd day but I feel things start working on me.

Khyati is an excellent psychologist. I particularly liked the meetings with her for a warm and friendly approach with which she understood my concerns and used her expertise.on her subject to suggest the remedial approach. Just three sittings with her and I felt in complete command of my life, which otherwise was a bit all over the place a month ago.
