Sapna needs to understand that it's high time for her to act professionally in terms of scheduling sessions and sticking with the same. She listens with great empathy and has helped me view my problems from a different perspective. This is proving to be really helpful for me as I navigate my current challenges. As a first timer in therapy, I expected a more discrete and comfortable environment for me to be able to express and discuss my concerns better. The environment was busy and distracted around us during the session. My only suggestion would be to understand the patients concern rather than pitching for packages first.

She is an understanding and empathetic individual. She not only listens well but offers insightful observations. I find my time with her to be worthwhile.

I went to Dr Sapna's clinic for my family Problem. She is really very helping. She listens your all problems carefully you feel free to talk to her she made very friendly environment. I have struggled getting a diagnosis for a really long time. The symptoms I reported lead to misdiagnosis. With Dr. Zarwal I had a very clear expectation, to rule out or confirm if I have ADHD. She helped me understand the deficiencies and how it would affect my life.
