I consulted Dr. Tanu for my cousin who had been struggling with panic attacks and severe sleep disturbances for quite some time. We had already seen a couple of doctors before, but this was the first time we felt properly heard.

I went here with my relative(60+ age). I was really happy to see the treatment style of doctor. She took a thorough detailed history of the patient. She connected with the patient and my aunt also found her really friendly and patient.

She wrote the prescription but she also equally focussed on behavioral therapy where she explained grounding technique, which is also part of her prescription. Instead of overdosing her with medicines she gave equal focus on the regular behavior technique for anxiety and memory improvement which was quiet impressive.

Other than that the clinic was clean, less waiting time, doctor spent good amount of time with the patient. If you are in Gurgaon, i definitely recommend Dr. Tanu.
