I have had an awful experience (better can say "tragedy") with Saksham Healthcare and I wouldn't like to recommend this to anyone.

I had visited this place on 29th June'22 with a lower pain in my Wife's abdomen. We've had done a lot of tests (BETA HCG, ULTRA SOUND, Pregnancy) and finally it went clear that this was not a normal pregnancy and there is some issue with PAIN (which must be caused by some other reasons). *** ****** *** *********** **** **** ****** ** **** **** **** ** * **** ** ******** ********* *** *** ****** ** ***** ** *** ** *** ***** **** **** **** **** ******** *** ********* ** **** *** ****** **** **** ***** *** ****** ** **** ***** *** ******* Every-time we visit the doctor or call them for the pain they say the same thing that there is no issue and it will be OKAY in few days. On 4th July'22 (late evening), my wife got a serious pain and almost fainted at home, I called Dr. Shikha and she recommended me to go to APOLLO CRADLE for EME visit. *** ****** ****** ** * ******** ***** **** **** ******** ** **** **** ** **** ***** *** *** ******** ********* The EME doctor and Shikha had advised for Wife's admission for two days and then they will check again. Not only does she ensure the only bare minimum absolute-must medicines are prescribed, she goes beyond in ensuring how the treatment is progressing/ child is recovering. I am deeply thankful to her for assisting us very late at night, by counselling us, guiding us with next steps and making sure arrangements with medic centres are in place if need be. She really helped my daughter recover from a serious bout of stomach infection and I am eternally grateful to her. Thank you ma’am for all your help

She has been the most understanding doctor and once we met her, we never thought of visiting another!

Infact the week my second was born, the very next week we went to Saksham and told the doctor, here is another addition to your list of patients! She now is our only choice in entire Gurgaon for both our children and has been our support system through our children’s first illnesses to their beautiful milestones!

Dr. Raktima Chakrabarty is exceptionally approachable, quick and clear in her diagnosis and treatment, and takes personal interest in patient's recovery journey, which is an unmatched approach we've never seen before with any other doctor.

She helped with common flu treatment for our son. As first time parents, She explained the course of action. She then asked us to take min required medication and stopped it the moment our son started recovering.
