I am highly satisfied with their service. I cannot be happier with the results. 

I was having a lower back pain issues for the last 2 years. At times doctors mentioned that its due to the deficiency of Vitamin D or at times due to the issue with my bone and I was under immense pain during this whole time. I wasn't able to sit for long, it use to disrupt my work a lot, and then comes a time when I start feeling like being helpless (that is the w_orst part); I  started feeling like that I won't ever be able to get rid of this pain and only death will liberate me from this curse. 

During the 2-year duration, I have spent Thousands with reputed hospitals like Max, Fortis, and approached several Physiotherapists, Orthopedics but all in vain and I was still in pain. Maximum people mentioned that there's some issue with my bone but still they weren't able to get to the core of the pain and cure it. 

Specialists have recommended me to take rest, take vitamin D, use specific pillows/ belts to enhance their margin but nothing worked at all. 

Last month, I went on a trip and due to some negligence, I hurt my back and the pain increased tremendously. I was looking for a cure in everything and everywhere then I came across this not-so-big but a small clinic with real legends who arrived in my life like a major blessing and started working on diagnosing me and the miracle happened within 20 days. The pain that I wasn't able to get rid off from the last 2 years was totally cured that too without painkillers. 

A major heartfelt thanks to Dr. Neetu, who handled my case and helped me to relive life without eternal pain. If today, I am able to enjoy myself without any lower back issues so the entire credit goes to the teamwork of Dr. Neetu, Dr. Suraksha and Dr. Kuldeep. I will always be indebted to them for this relief. 

Initially, Dr. Neetu diagnosed me and my physiotherapy sessions were taken by Dr. Surakhsha for almost 7-10 days and the pain was almost 50% reduced and I was able to see positive results but then the pain reduction became stagnant and I again started being skeptical and approached Dr. Neetu again. At such a point, after putting in abundant effort, if a patient complains then maximum doctors give up (this has happened to me personally) but Dr. Neetu took it as a challenge and was determined to get it cured either by hook or by c-rook. I remember she mentioned that "ye dard toh hum nikal kr hi chodenge". Then my physiotherapy sessions were taken by Dr. Kuldeep and within a total of 18-20 days, this team managed to get me out of the pain totally. 

Dr. Neetu explained the reason behind this pain (that was due to the bone) but I wasn't able to get relief because everyone was directly targeting the bone ignoring the fact that the muscles covering the bone are stiff and are preventing the positive impacts of the treatment. Firstly, they worked to remove the muscle stiffness and then acted upon bone to give me the entire relief. These 3 people have literally invested abundant time and effort to get me out of pain (I got solo concentration over here, which is missing in maximum popular hospitals). 

One major mistake that I did was, that I used to do heavy workouts but never focused on stretching and they made me understand the value of stretching after every workout session. I recommend everyone to do pre and post-workout stretching to prevent injuries. During the treatment, I received cupping therapy, needle therapy, deep tissue massage and this all led to softened muscle and increased blood flow in the concerned area. I am a gym addict person and was reluctant to pause it but their treatment and relief made it worth. 

I cannot explain through words the level of immense happiness I felt after the treatment. It's just that FINALLY I GOT THE RELIEF THAT I WAS CRAVING FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS. 

These people have the potential to beat the doctors of the top most named hospitals but still, they are so down to earth and even they are NOT AT ALL money m-inded. They don't force you into purchasing unnecessary equipment, their services are at such a genuine price that maximum people can avail them.

I have been diagnosed with a bulging disc (L4-S1) and the problem was there for around 3-4 years. I have consulted many orthopedics for the problem and had a lot of medicines. Most of the medicines were for Nerve Relaxant. But the pain was always there either in the right or left leg or some time in both of the legs and persistent heaviness in the lower back.

Plus some exercises were also suggested (which I later realized were not correct as exercises were proposed based on only routine check-ups and not on amy scans)

After that I have undergone an MRI of LS Spine to understand the problem. And then decided to undergo the PhysioTherapy Session.

So I googled it for Best PhysioTherapist in Gurgaon, and Dr. Neety Rathi's name was shown by Google. I read comments of the patients and most of them were positive.

So, I have undergone the sessions under Dr. Neetu Mam.

Experience:

* First of all, I would like to say she gets really good hands in PhysioTherapy and knows her works really well..Also Suraksha Mam (her co-worker) was really great.

* Total of 12 sessions were done, For 2 3 sessions, I had undergone Muscle Relaxant Exercise (mix of Cupping plus Roller )

* And for other sessions I have undergone manual therapy where the discs were analyzed and reset it accordingly manually.

* For some 2 or 3 Sessions, I had also been advised for Traction

* The complete process took around 20 days.

Current Status:

* Pain subsides 80% now.

* And some strengthening exercises were advised for 3 to 6 months

If you are reading this review, then definitely you are in pain and will try your best to solve it. I would advise you to visit Dr. Neetu's PT Clinic and I can say you won't regret it.

Last words, I like to say, PT can neither be explained in words nor can be treated offline. Every patient is different and every case is different. You need to take care of your posture, exercises and diet.

Hi Dr Amit and Dr Neetu,

Thank you from bringing me back from helplessness to an active person once again.

So, I slipped hilariously but, unfortunately, i fell on the front severely damaging my left and right shoulders and making my body immobile.

I remember the day when I could not lift my spine or my body if I laid down on bed and its been long since those fearful and frightening experiences times.

I planned to visit Ortho and get an Xray but I needed some dire help to move atleast an Inch of my elbow before moving to doc and so I came down to Rid Of Pain.

Name stood true to its words as immense swelling subsidized after 2 visit and enough mobility was back to move hand for Xray

When I reported there, I had a very stiff neck due to cervical spondylosis.

The team of Physiotherapist examined me and started their coarse of treatment in a methodical manner ie To start with stretching exercises followed by strengthening exercises. Now almost two weeks I’m having lots of relief and hoping to get full relief in due coarse of time.
