We booked the appointment for 5.00 pm on that morning but the doctor was in Delhi. We came to learn about this only after we reached the clinic. This was really very bad since we had taken our mother who is 81 years old and has difficulty in walking due to swollen legs and feet. It is expected that we should have been informed that pretty in advance so our trip to the clinic as also the difficulty our mother had undergone could have been avoided. It was totally unprofessional.
