I had the privilege of being treated by Dr. Saurabh a phenomenal physiotherapist who truly goes above and beyond. My journey with physiotherapy began after a skiing accident left me with a knee injury that seemed insurmountable. Feeling frustrated and uncertain about my recovery, I stumbled upon Dr. Saurabh’s practice through a friend's recommendation.

From the moment I walked into his clinic, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Dr. Saurabh took the time to listen to my concerns, patiently explaining each step of the treatment plan tailored specifically to my injury. 5 star is nothing.. the infinite stars would have done something to appreciate not the doctor but *** ********* Harish Grover". My partner was in the severe condition of SCIATICA, and he tried all the things he could, he himself being the fitfreak, could not make exercises help him.

Needling...physio... Cupping.. wet cupping... Prayers.. etc etc nothing worked.. only the money got wasted.

He could not stand, sit, lie down..walk.. nothing...

Then Dr. Harish Grover and his team came in our lives... I couldn't consider them less than Gods.. in just 1st session he was relieved from the unending pain... His staff is super trained..

And in just one month his pain has been reduced by 95% . They use a combination of needling, cupping, physio and Chiropractic treatment and it works wonders.

The best part is.. they don't make you wait much... And in the time of this Pandemic the sanitisation and every proper measure was taken!

I am impressed with the quality of treatment I have received from the doctor at painflame . I've been visiting his practice for 1 months and my 15 year pain has been considerably improved. I feel my posture has been improved He is understanding, great at his job, with a wide range of techniques and practice orthogonist I think he is the only one of its own kind in India because I spoke to many doctors over phone they didn’t even aware of this word before stop by at dr Harish Grover office he is not only trained specialist but Also did a wonderful job and he speaks English! Hiii I am living in Gurgaon working from home these days because of covid due to consistently sitting I have developed lower back pain and it start going down in my leg . I had a lot of problems to walk and sit. the doctor had asked me for surgery. I took appointments for surgery eventually I thought of taking second opinion with dr Harish Grover at painflame clinic he made me sure it get better without surgery I couldn’t believe him but I thought of giving him a chance at very first day my leg pain felt less about 50 percent I did couple of more visit and now I am feeling lot better more then 95 percent also he insure this remaining pain will go away with right type of exercises now I am wondering why my doctor told me for surgery if could have better with chiropractic treatment. I believe if you suffering from same problem get a second chance before going for spine surgery dr Harish Grover is a good option for chiropractic treatment in town . I stopped by this Center with various health issues and some, with long term pains. I had cervical & lumbar spondylosis, osteoarthritis on both knees & plantar fasciitis, difficultly in walking, headache I brought along the MRI & Xray reports and consulted Dr Harish Grover it took almost 45 min to making notes about my issues After analyzing my reports, he planned out the various treatment methods for me. He gave me one therapist who took cared of me during whole recovery process I was really impressed by the facilities at this Center. I felt much improvement after some sessions. I have been visiting to harish Chiropractic Wellness and by having the Center for approximately 6 years so far Chiropractic care for my neck and upper back have improved dramatically. One of my main problems is my atlas which I have adjusted occasionally.I got this in a car accident back in August 2016 this problem has been completely shorted out by Dr. Harish Grover h. Chiropractic care and manual therapy combinations have improved my quality of life by decreasing the pain I was living with on a daily basis. Sitting at a computer most of the day is the biggest culprit, but Dr gave me some very good stretching exercises to use to help keep me from being in pain constantly. I don’t believe I was ever a skeptic about Chiropractic care. It just makes a lot of sense that if your spine is out of alignment, it can affect a variety of conditions. Most important I am very lucky that I’ve not had to have surgery. I think the Harish's Painflame clinic has a great team and I’ve been very pleased with not only the treatment I’ve received, but the wonderful staff and smiling face around they have who are very professional and customer service oriented.

So I look on the internet a chiropractor nearby and I chose by chance Dr Harish Grover painflame clinic pushed the door of his beautiful center after more than 1 year of pain, it was for me the last resort to my pain that I could not bear nervously.

During the first consultation, he took the time to listen to me and explain to me how chiropractic functioned. It was the first time that I really felt listened and understood. It was also the first time that I heard someone tell me with certainty that he was going to relieve me .

He is not going to do any miracle in one visit if I could devote some couple of visits he can definitely help me that what he told me that it could take time and that regular sessions were needed to correct defects that did not appear in 1 day (repetition of gestures being the key success). He also told me that he was going to act on the source of the pain and not just relieve the consequences of tension. It was also necessary to accept that my body goes through phases of "less well" at times, the time that everything re-imbues correctly. Tnx dr Grover for everything

i had chest pain from last 5 years.I visited many doctors like ortho physician pain specialist but didn't get relief.Then one month before i visited Dr.Harish and in first session he believed me that he can resolve my peoblem after 4-5 sesaion my 80 percent pain was gone and after 6th session my pain is completely gone.

Some doctor asked me for surgery but Dr.Harsih has given me some alignment session and physiotherapy session and my pain is completely gone.
