I started visiting Dr. Parul for counseling as I was undergoing depression which was exacerbated by anxiety and confusion regarding my career choices. However, within only 3-4 visits, I started getting a lot of clarity in my mind as a result of counseling and communication with Dr. Parul. The whole process takes time, and I was already in a completely changed state of mind after about 6 months of visits.

I found her to be extremely kind, and sensitive towards my state of mind & their problems, which is the most critical quality you seek in a therapist. This helped me connect well with her. Also, the sessions as a whole gave me a lot of clarity of thought.

Dr. Parul has also given me a lot of new perspectives on career, relationships, etc., which have helped me immensely.

I started my sessions with Parul when I was going through a big life change and needed to understand how to navigate through the emotions I was feeling. What I found in Parul is a professional, understanding, non-judgemental therapist. She created an environment where I could be myself and speak out my thoughts. I learnt to re-evaluate so many existing notions that we absorb from others and I learnt how to trust my gut through these sessions. She was truly remarkable in breaking down my problems and helped me understand myself better. I cannot thank her enough! And I am so grateful to have found a therapist like her.

Ms Parul helped me with my anxiety issues that were developing quickly and affecting my wellbeing. She was the most cordial and least judgmental with everything that was shared with her. She very carefully dissected the cause and effect relationship that my reactions would sprout from and made me realize how I was capable of overcoming most things around me.

I Visited Dr. Parul as I was dealing with a lot of Stress and Anxiety. Dr. Parul Singh is a very professional doctor and I am happy that I decided to visit her for my stress related issues which I was dealing from the past couple of months. I was struggling with myself lately and felt like I was never happy about anything in life. I disconnected myself from my friends and family because of the continues stress I was in, which further caused me a lot of depression. I felt like my world is falling apart and everyday I was full of doubts and confusion in my mind about everything I do. Although the problems were there in my past which Dr. Parul was able to figure out after a session and she listened to all my problems pretty well. It's been 3 months since my treatment started and I am already seeing some positives in my body language and the way i think. I feel less stressed now and more confident about myself. I was suffering from OCD from few years where I used to pray a lot and always have negative thoughts. I am undergoing treatment with Miss Parul for past 6 months and have seen tremendous improvement.

There are times when you need to pour out what you feel and someone to take that and make sense of it. I was dealing with a lot of anxiety which is the reason I approached her. I wasn’t sure how long counseling would take. The therapy worked so well so fast and proved to be highly effective!

I have been visiting Ms Parul for almost an year and have been more than satisfied by how she has handled my case. She is gentle and extremely mindful and guides through the process diligently and with full sincerity. She is very receptive, sensitive and extremely perceptive. I feel at ease to share my deepest thoughts and even the most uncomfortable life experiences with her. At the end of each session, I come to know and understand myself just a little bit more. She's been very helpful. Her methods are more traditional and take time to show a full effect. However, you start seeing a difference in yourself from the start. Not only me, but even the people around me have observed a marked change in my anxiety levels.

I would also recommend that the patient trust her as there will be times when a full understanding of the problem might not be clear and it might be a little confusing for the patient. However, in subsequent sessions, this will be sorted as it is the in the nature of therapy that patients discover their problems.
