We at the Gray Cells Matter believe in patient-specific approach. It means that patients are always above the clinician ascribed to them. We believe in total transparency of our services. I went first time because I needed help and did not know where to go. I kept going because Dr. Aparna made me feel safe, to open up about issues in my life I do not share with my closest friends. She helped me realize the root of the issue, and how multiple issues in life can pile up to cause certain conditions which have to be solved one by one. I thank her for helping me when I felt lost and recommend her to people who do not know what to expect from therapy.

Difficult to connect with the doctor on a mental level even after multiple sessions. ****** ****** **** ************* *** not offering any solutions, concepts, or guidelines is not the way ahead- seems more like a delaying tactic. The approach was nothing less than brilliant.. understanding the problems, digging in deep and further starting to work on the problem was a process that not everyone does as well as it was managed here. Ensuring session schedules are done so that the therapy isnt left half way
