Five Elements, Nirvana Country

I play sports and keep getting injured and frequently keep visiting various physios. I visited Nimisha mam during lockdown although it was faraway from my house as only her clinic was open. I was surprised by her knowledge and treatment method. She is best I have met. I had Achilles tendon tear, and she is helping me get it recovered. It is just getting better and I strongly feel the kind of exposure she has on her field is helping alot of patients treated properly with atmost care. Though I have not any staff in her clinic but that may be because of lockdown.

Am sure in future I continue to seek her treatment on many injuries coming my way 🙂

Dr. Nimisha is an extremely intelligent person. Very well versed with the intricate issues of every kind of anatomy and Physio related problems. Hats of to her logical and innovative approach in practice. She is highly effective and successful in her treatments. I visited Dr. Nimisha for shoulder muscle grade a tear. Dr. Nimisha was really helpful and friendly during the entire course of treatment. Her treatment really helped in the healing of my injury. She was even available on call and on messages even after working hours.

I am in spine pain and lower back pain from last 3 months. My shoulders were also down. But now i feel fit. Doctor Nimisha closely observe route cause of the pain. Overall i am highly satisfied and suggest all the reach out to her for physiotherapy.

Her attitude towards the patients is also very friendly. Price also very genuine.

I had visited Dr. Nimisha for my ongoing shoulder and neck pain and stiffness which use to cause headaches. She has helped to understand the reason and the causes around it.

In the process, no medication was suggested which I liked the most as the total emphasis is made on the physical exercises and manual therapy and IFT.

Nimisha was great at her work . The clinic was quite safe and was following all Covid guidelines .

She explained the problem in-depth and also recommended postures and exercises for quick recovery .I had to visit the clinic 6-7 times for the treatment and now my backpain feels like it never existed .
