She helped me through all my struggles in life and I really appricate her support and guidance that she has give me . She has definately made an impact in my life that I will always cherish. Through the thick and thin, numerous tissues, anecdotes and stream of negative thoughts that I carried with me to every session, she remained a strong role model to me. Very patient first of all... And makes u feel comfortable immediately... U feel as if u r speaking to some1 u r very familiar with which is very imp in things lyk this n makes u get out things with ease... Her approach is very result oriented... Though I've hd only a couple of sessions with her... I'm impressed by her approach... She makes u alter ur thought process or say, the chain of thoughts dat ultimately lands u in the anxious state of mind(Taking example of my own case)... Just amazing... She was very nice to speak to, though I did not actually go through the counselling session with her, as my wife and me wanted in person consulting, and she was offering online consultation (which is absolutely understandable, in this pandemic situation). She had a great positive vibe. Personally, I wanted her to be our counsellor. It's just that my wife was not so sure about online consultation. She was so nice, she even offered to speak to my wife for 10-15 min to give her a hang of online consultation. She even said, that if she was not okay, we can always go for a different consultant. The impression that I got about her even in that short span of time was awesome. I am very sure, she is very good at what she does

I still remember the day when I first spoke to her. I was so demotivated and she was before listening attentively, carefully to me and consoling me for everything I was going to through vs my last session when I was a different person altogether.

Thanks to her for attentiveness during our sessions making me feel heard and understood. Her evaluation and treatment planning was tailored to my specific needs. I am immensely grateful for your dedication towards my wellbeing. Asking for me outside the sessions ensuring how I am doing

My partner and I needed help with our relationship. There were massive communication issues, among other problems in our growingly toxic relationship. And our mental health was declining. Over a course of 5 months, with regular solo and joint sessions with Dr. Esha, my partner and I have been able to establish far better and healthier communication as well as understanding of each other’s personality and thinking style.

One big positive of Esha has been that she is able to make you comfortable and feel heard - which is key. She is able to quickly identify the individual styles and alters her approach accordingly. Also, she is able to hold context between sessions and it doesn’t feel that the therapy is too mechanical where one needs to explain the same things repeatedly. Therapy starts feeling like a nice chat with a good friend eventually, and she is able to heal you through that.

One and the only constructive feedback I had for Esha, and I might just be knit picking here, was to add bit more structure in every session, to keep track of progress on individual issues. She has successfully been implementing the same in her more recent sessions, which is impressive.

I would highly recommend anybody seeking help with respect to relationship issues to get in touch with Dr. Esha. Stay patient (therapy takes time to show benefits), and have faith in her process.

I had been suffering from serious depresion and anxiety issues when I visited Esha Mehta, see seemed friendly in the start, but then became unprofessional very fast. When I need the help at my most vulnerable state, she had me wait for days to give next sessions and when I did got her session, she was just watching the clock waiting for 30 minutes to pass. I was suffering through a lot of anxiety issues and stress. Loss of a parent along with settling in a job made my life quite stressful. Tried multiple techniques by myself but was not able to come out of that state. Finally when I visited Esha, she first understood my mental state by asking a few questions. She made me feel extremely comfortable to speak about my issues without any judgement and explained me about the reasons why I am facing this.

In subsequent sessions, she taught me various ways & techniques on how to face and react to stress and anxiety. Esha was also able to make me figure out my thinking patterns and certain personal issues which I was not accepting openly.

I am grateful to her that now my anxiety has significantly reduced and I am able to perform well at my workplace. The push that she has given me to react positively to difficult situations and focus on your own mojo has made my life better. I would recommend her to all the people who need any kind of mental support or remedy to better their lives.
