Therapy with Esha never feels heavy or intimidating. She is warm, patient, and has a way of making you feel comfortable from the very first session. You always leave with a small thought or a simple takeaway that stays with you.

She’s approachable and available on WhatsApp when needed, which makes the whole process feel very supportive. She also has a lovely sense of humour that makes difficult conversations a little easier. And I have to admit, she’s inspired me to wear more sarees too—she carries them so beautifully!
