Dr Jaideep's Diagnostic Center, DLF Phase II

I would say doctor Jaideep is very good at explaining and gives time to every patient he attends. Also he is a very experienced radiologist and I trust his diagnosis and professional manner. His kind and friendly nature that makes you feel like you have known him for years..

About the staffs I would say there is a lady at the reception she is rude and unprofessional. It doesn't matter to her if you are waiting for 2 hours or you have come before time. if your appointment is booked and paid online on a discounted price she will behave in a very rude way. This is my honest opinion as I have felt it more than two times.

Wonderful, He not only did the ultrasound, but explained the cruise other reason that may cause the problem I was having.

In the beginning, he ask few questions and sometimes questions are specific and patient does not give satisfactory response and he keep on asking until he get the response or suggest what is he looking for and why the answer of that question is necessary to understand the actual disease. It helps patient to o more into detail of the cause of the problem so that treatment can be eased. **** ************* ************ * ***** ***

I drove for 40 mins to visit the centre as my doctor has recommended me and the entire experience came out to be really disappointing. The staff who took the blood sample was really under-confident, the cherry on cake was that they have absolutely no empathy towards their patience. I just gave five small bottles or blood and was sitting and Rajni the staff came twice to ask me to settle the bill. I wasn’t even done removing cotton and wiping the blood but was sitting just beside her and she had absolutely no empathy and asked me to pay twice.

The visit to doctor inside was the only saving grace here but they have a setup for a sonography where there is absolutely no privacy, no curtains and their male staff (office boy) keeps walking inside while your treatment is going on. They were also allowing other patients to go to the sonogram area while knowing that someone else is getting the test done. Overall it was a really bad experience for me and I Will not recommend them to anyone. Is it too much to ask for little humanity, when we are going through so much emotionally at that time?

He is very patient and listens to his patients calmly. He is always positive and optimistic with his consultation. The clinic is clean and staff is very professional and it gave me positive vibes after his consultation. I would surely recommend to visit his clinic for. ultrasound

Dr. Jaideep is at par to genius in his field.No other doctor I have found so far more expert in understanding ultrasound.

He is so skilled and yet absolutely down to earth,no arrogance at all.He patiently listen to all your queries and answer them, He is not only an excellent doctor but a great human being. God bless him.

Dr Jaideep is thorough and meticulous. He made the procedure effortless n unnerving.i was satisfied with time taken,cleanliness and hygiene in lab as well as clinic .staff was well informed n friendly.thank you

Doctor is very nice. He explains everything in detail & nif seems likd in hurry. The inly problem is the time wait. Even after taking appointment, it takes almost an hour for my turn. But doctor is really very good that i visited him twice apart oc this waiting time.

********* ******* He read my mind that I was a lil anxious and kept talking to me throughout which made me relax. He was Very interactive and very patient, explained everything in great detail. He did a detailed analysis of my entire abdomin n didnot rush through at all. One wud surely feel positive talking to him no matter what ur condition is. Its hard to come across doc. Like Jaideep these days. Highly recommend the doctor.
