Dr Basu has become our family GP over the past few years, starting with a single consultation for one family member to being the go-to doctor for our extended family. She is experienced, ********* ************* *** remains on top of contemporary happenings in medicine and yet, at the same time retains all the classical virtues of a family doctor: long-term and sustained record keeping of your overall health and medications you take, thoroughness and patience with consultations -- much appreciated in particular when you take a family elder, in my case my mother -- and her innate caution that makes her not ignore the smallest detail. Going to Dr Basu has reminded my family and me of the importance of a general physician who is overall custodian of your health -- the habit of going to specialists without first consulting your GP means you often miss connections between underlying health conditions that only your GP can spot. I cannot be more grateful for her time, expertise and excellence, and recommend her unreservedly.

Doctor Joyeeta Basu has come to us like a life line. We old people do not feel isolated or vulnerable anymore having experienced her guiding hand during the Pandemic Episode. She is knowledgable and has the ability to cut to the core of the problem. She is precise and has the ability to see through a smoke screen if any. Her accessibility gives us comfort and strength. I’ve consulted this doctor earlier also but don’t know if she was having a bad day and that’s why took out her frustration on me or what. When she gave me vitamin D supplement, I tried to tell her that I was already taking some, she didn’t want to listen and said this is not important. When I didn’t understand the meaning of M/E written on the prescription, she got irritated as if the whole world knows M/E stands for morning/evening. **** * ***** *** **** ** ******* **** ******* ****** ***** **** ********** ***** ************ *** **** *** ***** *** ******* ***** ****** ***** ** *** **** ***** *** *** ****** *** *** *********** *** ** * ******** Our call lasted barely 5 minutes, she didn’t even do a video call, a normal phone call and was behaving as if my questions took hours of her time. Absolutely arrogant behaviour !

I have been apprehensive about seeing a doctor in person, while the pandemic rages on. When I first visited Dr Hansa on 2nd March, i told her I was a bit nervous. I had been treating myself with homeopathy for 2+ months without much success. She chatted with me to put me at ease and then diligently went over my issue in great detail. She spent time to understand my problem, going over and asking me questions many times over so that she understood what i was feeling and going through. This is a doctor who knows what she is doing and she does it very very well. She has the experience, she is a subject expert and she isn't someone who will hurry you along. I never post reviews but I felt I should - if there are more people like me who are apprehensive seeing a Doctor, in person, at this time. Please see her, she's that good.

Doctor Arvind was very kind to listen to all my problems and their history and he explained every possible causes of the problems. Diagnostic tests prescribed and he also explained how to give blood test at home in Covid time. I am very satisfied with the treatment suggested. Thank you

She is an amazing doc as well as a person . Her detail oriented style of working helps to diagnose the condition. I think that diagnosis is the key to treatment and then recovery !!! For any stomach ailment I would recommend her . I am an ulcerative colitis patient since 20 years and she managed my disease quite well .

I have been consulting Dr Arvind for last few years for my diabetes management. I find him highly approachable, he is always willing to guide and help me to manage my general well being. During covid time, he was accessible on phone throughout and helped us throughout. A thorough gentleman and a very capable doctor. **** ****** ***** ***** ******* We booked a face to face appointment first for last Wednesday and then the Doctor called and said can we do it online a day in advance. We said we should do it face to face and then we got an appointment for next Tuesday ( Today).

Today , we got a call from the doctor that she cannot meet at 10 am and she will like to change the time again.
