I still remember when I visited Dt. Ashu Gupta Ma’am to help me with my PCOS diet plan, I was like “PCOS is taking over my life” and I want a solution for it. I am really glad that ma’am understood all my concern and provided me with the exact diet plan and exercise routine which helped me to have my life back.
